Doing the shoe game with my husband was one of the best parts of our wedding reception.
Okay, the whole thing was a dream.
But this game is hilarious, y’all.
I love that it gives guests the chance to get to know the bride and groom a little better, and that everyone gets a good laugh out of it!
What is the Shoe Game?
If you’re not familiar with how it works, here’s a quick summary:
The bride and groom sit back to back in the middle of the dance floor and each have one of their own shoes and one of the opposite person’s shoes. The DJ reads a question, like “Who is a better cook?” and you each raise the shoe of who you think the better cook is. It’s hysterical because you can’t see the other person’s answer, only your guests can.
Some DJs have their own question list, but I wanted to put together my own. I wanted all the questions to be appropriate and rather light-hearted.
