  1. Using the flat side of a meat tenderizer, pound out chicken breasts so they’re an even thickness. Season both sides with taco seasoning and place down into pressure cooker.
  2. Pour in 1/2 cup of water off to the side of the chicken so that it doesn’t rinse off all of the seasoning.
  3. Close up your pressure cooker and make sure the valve on top is closed. Set it to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
  4. Once time is up, carefully release steam from pressure cooker by opening the valve away from you. Once pressure is released, remove chicken, slice up and serve!

  • This cooking method can be used with any kind of seasoning! Try lemon pepper or Italian seasoning for something different.
