This Double Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding is full of healthy fats and fiber that will keep you full ’til lunch! Add a little cinnamon for a Mexican hot chocolate twist.

  1. In the container you’ll be making your double chocolate chia seed pudding in, add the unsweetened cocoa powder and a splash of the vanilla almond milk.
  2. Zap it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to warm the milk* Mix with a spoon until smooth and then add the rest of the almond milk (it will look like chocolate milk)
  3. Add in the maple syrup, chia seeds, and chocolate chips if using. Close your container and shake to combine.
  4. Let sit for about 5 minutes before you shake again (this breaks up any clumps that initially formed). Place in the fridge overnight.
