BJ’s Copycat Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. If your cast iron skillet isn’t totally non-stick, spray it with nonstick. Pour melted butter into skillet and combine with sugars.
  3. Add egg and vanilla, stir to combine.
  4. Mix in salt, flour and baking soda. Gently fold in chocolate chips and spread the cookie evenly in the skillet. Batter will be sticky!
  5. Bake at 375 for 17-20 min, or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly and serve with ice cream!
